If using your stock shock absorbers, this can result in a stiff ride because the shocks are not given enough space to “play”. As a remedy, you can install a custom shock with a shorter travel like the Belltech Nitro Drop 2 Shock Absorber or the Belltech Street Performance Shock Absorber.
But, if you want to retain your stock shock absorber, then you can use Belltech Shock Extensions to relocate the lower end of your shock absorber. This gives the stock shock more up and down travel space allowing it to function better while correcting the shock’s installation angle. These extensions are made from heavy-duty steel and are powder-coated for a rust-proof finish.
