The EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels are premium aftermarket replacement parts designed to give your engine superior response. The EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels are SFI-certified for competition. Made from solid 1-piece billet Chromoly steel forgings, the EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels have superior strength and durability to billet steel and cast iron since the forged Chromoly (chromium-molybdenum steel) is 3 times more rigid than aluminum. Computer balanced for high RPM reliability and heat-treated for toughness to provide long, trouble-free life, the EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels also feature ring gear teeth that are milled directly onto them rather than pressed-on like an aluminum flywheel.
The EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels are manufactured using the same innovative and state-of-the-art design process that allowed EXEDY to secure a contract to exclusively supply carbon clutch products to Formula One’s Team Ferrari in 1995. Field-tested to ensure that these Discs can meet or exceed the strictest industry standards, the EXEDY Lightweight Racing Flywheels are designed to be durable and reliable replacements components that will allow your system to perform superbly even under the toughest operating environment.
