Our Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business hours (faster than most turbo spools up) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing

You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2-10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Brake Pads & Rotors: Once removed from packaging
  • Clutch Kits & Flywheels: If any installation attempts were made
  • Carburetors: Due to precise calibration requirements
  • Opened Chemical Products: Including brake fluids and cleaners
  • Special Order Items: Custom or specially ordered parts

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part (which is rare with our quality control), contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you and may request photos for our quality team.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
  • Allow additional processing time for international shipments
